Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 16 September 2026
We want Kinetic to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard only, magnification or reduced motion. This statement covers the Kinetic web application at trainwithkinetic.com and is published in line with the European Accessibility Act.
Standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Kinetic is currently partially conformant: most of the app meets the standard, and the exceptions below are known and being worked on.
What already works
- Keyboard access to navigation, forms, dialogs and the daily session.
- Labels and descriptions on buttons and inputs for screen readers.
- A dark, high-contrast palette; text meets AA contrast on standard screens.
- Layouts that reflow down to small phone screens and support browser zoom.
- The interface is available in ten languages.
- Printable plans and menus in plain, high-contrast black on white.
Known limitations
- Some charts on the metrics and admin screens convey information visually; the same figures are listed as text beside them, but the charts themselves are not fully described.
- The drag-and-drop countdown timer is easier to place with a pointer than with a keyboard.
- Technique videos are hosted by third parties, so captions depend on the video owner.
- Text generated by our AI assistants is not manually checked for reading level.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard or impossible to use, email support@trainwithkinetic.com. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply within 10 working days and agree a fix or an alternative way to get the same result. If you are not satisfied with our reply you may contact the enforcement body in your country; in Norway this is the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir).
